Supply As Much Information As Possible

Try and remember exactly what you did before the problem(s) occurred - Did you install some software? Or visit a website you do not normally visit? Did your computer just suddenly crash?

Did You Get An Error Message/Code?

If you received an error message/code before, during and/or after the problem(s), give me the details so I can investigate further.

Before Contacting Me

Call the Manufacturer/Company about your hardware/software problem(s) to see what they suggest?

Do a search for your error code/problem with Google (i.e. "windows mail error 0x800ccc0d" or "no sound on computer").

Update your Security Software and do a Windows Update, if need be.
